Olivia's Train Ride

Olivia has been looking forward to this train ride for a long time!!  She went on a train when she was about 2 but she doesn't remember it.  Here she is the morning of the train ride.  That's Papa in the red shirt saying good-bye!  Off to St. Louis.

She didn't waste anytime getting the movie started.

Wasn't too long and she found out that you could walk around and that there was a "food" car!!

Pudding, Chips and an Apple!  What more could a girl want!

Then it was time for another walk.  She needed to check out all the other chairs.

She found the last car so she could look out the back.

Game time!

Finally made it!  St. Louis!

She really enjoyed her trip with Nana!!!

Olivia's First Day of School

We can't believe our baby started Kindergarten this year.  She is loving it.  We made the decision in May to homeschool her.  We did school all summer long to get used to it and make sure it was going to work.  So we had an "official" kindergarten picture taken in late August just so we could have a picture!  She does go to an enrichment class that she just loves.

Last Summer Playdate

Olivia's last summer playdate was with her best friends Will and Lydia.  We took them all bowling.  Boy did we have fun!  Olivia sure enjoyed helping Lydia.

Early August

We enjoyed a great evening at a local Hot Air Balloon Festival.  There were lots of shaped balloons and once they were all up they did a night glow.  Olivia loved watching it.  We went back the next night just to watch it all over again.  The second night they had paratroopers fly in.  That was awesome.

Late July Trip to Indy

Towards the end of July, Olivia and I made a quick trip to Indiana to see family.  She enjoyed feeding the baby goats and playing baseball with Papaw and Uncle Chad.

Olivia's First Slumber Party

Back in mid July Olivia had her first slumber party!  She was so excited.  We had Lydia (3 yrs old) over and her little brother Luke (2 months old).  We sure had fun.  The night started with pancakes for dinner made by daddy.  Lots of play time and then showers.

Mr. Brad (aka daddy) took the girls on a roller coaster ride...by the pictures they had fun!!

Here is Luke...he was such a good baby for us.  We love having this family over!

And finally everyone is asleep!
