A Day With Her Cousins

Olivia got to see her cousins this weekend! She loved every minute of it. Isabelle and John Michael love Olivia and play so good with her. Multiple times a day we hear, "Bubba (John Michael), KelKel (Aunt Kelly), Belle (Isabelle), Uncle (Uncle Kevin)" with her arms in the air looking for them. So multiple times a day we say, "bubba is at home, Kelkel is at home......." Then she forgets about it for awhile then we go through the list again...this time adding Nana and Papa.

Giggle Time

Brad and Olivia spent the afternoon and evening together. Brad was able to get this on his cell phone. All Brad is doing is throwing a puppy dog in the air and letting it land on his head.

Olivia Playing the Piano

Brad is letting Olivia play his piano now. Olivia thinks she is hot stuff. I was working around the corner today while she was pounding away on the piano. She figured out a way to turn some pre-recorded music on and she thought that was really cool. This video was taken from a cell phone...not real good quality.

Getting Better Slowly

Wow, what a last 36 hours we have had. Olivia started with the flu Thursday during the day. Sorry mom that was your day to have her! Brad and I started in about midnight Thursday night with the flu. We were so sick on Friday I had to call my mom to come get Olivia because we couldn't handle her. Olivia was feeling fine by this point. She basically slept all day with mom on Friday. We have a big shoe show this weekend...bad timing. So my poor dad took a day off from his work to work the shoe show for us and then we just closed the store. Today we are feeling better. Brad is at work, dad is working the show again and Olivia and I are laying around all day. My poor mom has the flu now. Sorry mom!!! I have never had everyone in the house sick at once. It was hard to keep up with everyone. I have slowly started cleaning the house today trying to get rid of germs!!!

I just know tomorrow will be great!!!

Great Weather

We had great weather here yesterday. So Olivia and I played in our backyard for a little while then I took her to the school playground. That was her first time there...and she loved it!!!! It was hard to get her to leave.

We Are Home

Olivia is doing much better than last week. Olivia and I left on Sunday to drive with my mom, my sister and her two kids to Indiana for the funeral. Olivia was a real trooper for not feeling good. Her two cousins sure helped make the trip better for Olivia. They played with her, made her giggle, fed her, and helped her learn to say "kel-kel" for Aunt Kelly. Thanks Isabelle and John Michael for helping me so much.

Olivia was so happy to see her daddy when we got home. She just hugged him and held on tight. Brad stayed home from work the day after we got home to spend time with Olivia. I am sure she loved that.
